lens cleaning

I'm tearing (what's left) of my hair out over keeping my LA-7200 anam adapter clean. Daytime shots in the sunlight are a nightmare (with spotting occuring often) I clean the lens frequently with a lenspen, but I still get spotting. I noticed some small specks under the lens and heard this can be a problem with this particular adapter. Anyone got any suggestions, or is this just the price you pay for shooting in sunny conditions?

Use your neutral density filters so that you can shoot more open then f4 or f5.6. That loss of depth of field should help alot. That's how I solved it on my film.
 
I recommend getting a can of compressed air, Rosco lens tissue, and some lens cleaner. These few tools alone will dramatically help. They are things a second AC should carry on a set.
 
Just spit on it and rub an oily tshirt all over it... Maybe I should market that as a lens cleaner since I see so many people doing it anyways...
