Lens baby with redrock?

Hey I am about to purchase a lens baby to use with my hvx/redrock setup. I was wondering if anyone had any experience using a lens baby with this setup and could give me advice as to which one to get.

I have a v3 for a Brevis. Great lens, and the v3 is perfect because you can lock it and still have control over fine focus. I'm not sure if the new "Composer" can do this.

Truth be told, although I bought it for video I use it waaaay more on a 35mm still camera because it's such a fun lens and takes great pictures.
 
I had one ( I think it was a V3) and returned it because as cool as it was i found the sweet spot where you were in focus very small at low f stops. It looked better to me at high f stops but that pretty much meant using it outdoors and at the time that wouldn't work with my adapter anyway.
 
When I tried the wide angle adapter I couldn't move it much without cutting into the frame, so it didn't seem useful. I'm glad others have had better experience - maybe I was trying to use full frame SLR instead of a a smaller FOV, though I think I tried both.
