Legal Stuff for a Music Video

I'm meeting with a band this weekend to discuss shooting a music video. Something I have never done before, but it sounds fun and it would be a great addition to my portfolio.

I am curious as to if there are any additional legal issues beyond just shooting an indie film or corporate video? I've already given them a copy of my standard contract and a copy of my model release form. They're going to own the final video, but should I get a license from them for the song so that I can use the video on my web site (my standard contract already gives me the right to use video)? Where would I get such a form to license their song?

Also, I am inclined to treat this like shooting a corporate video, so I always require that we get a property release any place that we shoot. But I tend not to be that anal when I'm shooting short films... should I relax on this, or stick to requiring a property release? There was some talk about possibly shooting in some abandon warehouses...

Any other issues I should be aware of or bring up at the meeting?

Thanks!
