Legal Issues: Fenway?

Can anybody tell me if it is okay to mention Fenway Park in a commercial for a minor league baseball team in Vermont (the Lake Monsters)? we're saying its just like Fenway and right around the corner. And the Lake Monsters' mascot is Champ, a green monster so we're also saying we've even got our own green monster. anybody know? thanks.

They are part of the MLB Affiliate program under the Expos/Nationals, so im sure you are safe using their rescources to promote itself.
