Lee Gels Quick Rolls!

I've used an even mix of Lee and Rosco gels through the past few years and I've always wondered which is better. Does anybody think there's a significant difference between the two?

Well... to my absolute DELIGHT... there IS one difference!

Gels by the inch!

What's that? Gels by the inch? What are you talking about? Why would you need an INCH of gel?

You DON'T, but you may not want a FULL ROLL of 48" x 25' of something either! Especially if you made one of those Kino jobbies or have a Gyoury light... or ANY narrow profile light for that matter! This service has been a life saver for me! I was buying sheets of gel and cutting them into thirds... this resulted in 3 gels that are just barely wide enough for my lights. I've been frustrated by this for a long time now but I thought there was nothing I could do about it... I sure couldn't buy 48" x 25' rolls in 3 or more colors... that would put me at $450 just to cover 3 freakin' colors!

Enter LEE GELS. Thank you my good sir... I can breath again.

Check this out... get a 25' roll of gel in ANY color and ANY width and pay only for what you need! Is that great or what? Okay the price break isn't like you get if you buy a full roll... the truth is that it's barely better then the price per square inch when you buy a sheet... BUT as they say, "size matters!"

Save TIME by eliminating cutting.

Save WASTE by using the exact size gel you need RIGHT OFF THE ROLL.

Save MONEY by stocking only what you need and use frequently without having to buy an entire roll.

This is a great service and I hope Rosco follows suit... because until they do I will be a Lee customer for life.

Check this out. Can you say "easy"?

The note at the bottom was to one of my friends... each roll is 7.5" x 25'... and the roll could have been ANY width to the half inch by 25'!

If these were full rolls this would have been nearly $1K! As it is this was less then $200.
