LEE 4x4 polyester filters...are they a waste of money or ok?

Hey all,
I'm looking for some 4x4 filters for my mattebox. Searching the net I found these LEE Polyester filters (for 20$ each at B&H ) . Now I'd like to know if anybody uses them and how their experiences with the filters are.
Of course I know a 200$ filter (Schneider,...) is made of the best glass and sure is the better choice, but unfortunately my budget is very limited...
So, are the LEE polyesters ok (for the money) or are they complete crap and not worth using?

I use the NDs and they seem okay to me. I just haven't been able to swing the more expensive glass.
