LED lights for general filmmaking use

I have a Lowel tungsten kit, and two cheap Chinese LED panels. I'd like to get a better quality LED, perhaps bi-color. This would be for general use, interviews, narrative film. I'd like to be able to dim with no change in color temperature, and a high CRI. Also, I need them to be bi-powered, both 120 v and battery. At least 500 leds per panel.

Recommendations? I have stands etc.

Aputure 672, The come in Daylight Spot or Daylight Wide and Bicolor versions.

I'm not sure what "general use" is because, when it comes to lights, there's a variety with various strengths and weaknesses.
You may wan fresnel style for some purposes.
Some would consider their new C120 "general use." It's Bowens compatible style single LED but daylight version will be a couple of months away.

They will also have a C20 small fresnel style good for hair, accent type lighting.

I'm mentioning these because you said "cheap Chinese." Aputure are high CRI reasonably good quality Chinese but available in places like B&H.
