LED light campaign on Indegogo

It looks like an interesting product.

However, I took a look at some of his previous campaigns, and he seems to have a pattern of upselling (to generate more revenue) and then delaying shipping of the ordered products. Read some of the comments here:
http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/l...er-video-light-formerly-lightright?c=comments That particular campaign was scheduled to deliver Luminators in October and many funders STILL haven't received those! If I invested in the Power Panel campaign, I would fear that my own money would be used to fulfill orders for previous products. I won't go as far as to call this a Ponzi scheme, but it's a very typical issue with startups and overseas manufacturing. I would definitely fund with a credit card since I've heard that Paypal chargebacks are much more difficult to pursue.

My $0.02, anyways...

I'd have to agree, seems like using crowdfunding for something that is already built and being made, and just needs advertising.

doesn't seem like any of the crowdsourcing sites have any ways to enforce the sole use of 'in development' products vs a product trying to gain traction.
