Did a shoot yesterday with my Lupos - good fun.

One thing that was lacking (but the DOP had) was a 'crappy little light'

His was a LED panel maybe 6.4 inches that ran off a sony (NP) battery. I ended up diffusing it with bubble wrap an hiding it in some 'junk' in the shot, quick dirty, functional.

It was also handheld in front of the talent during a ronin walkie shot.

Now here is a thing.. I have a load of BPU batteries (power meters, fit my FS7)

Any one know of a couple of crappy little lights for me to buy, ideally powered from BPU.

I swear by the F&V LED Z96's,
can pick em up on eBay for £30-40 each, use the Sony NP batt's,
can clip a load of them together too
 
Saw an apture amaran the other day on a car rig test the other day

Flimsy build and odd voltage input made it all wrong.

There was a 6.4 panel again flimsy mount and green cast made it rubbish:)
