LED dimmer quasar science

Hello,

What dimmer can I buy in Europe for dimming a quasar science crossfade tube? The cheaper the better. (I was thinking about buying a 6€ one, but I reckon the first stop is already at 20W, so it goes 45W, 20W, 0 there might be better options out there).

Working in NYC this week on a Union commercial, & our Gaffer rigged some fancy dimmers for his new Quasars.
