Lectro Sm question

It looks like the freq and audio buttons are disabled. I can just view the settings but when I press frequency and arrow up or down I should be able to change it but I can't. When i press one arrow it counts down to lock mode where in other sm it doesn't . What M I missing ??? Thanks
 
it seems like it is already in lock mode? do you have the rm controller or the .mp3 files to lock unlock? taking battery out should reset.
 
it is not on lock mode because when i press arrow up or down that is when it locks. it seems like it was reprogrammed for button use or something like that.
