Doing a candid shoot and need to mic the talent. The talent knows that everything is being recorded but not the people around them. Does anyone have any recommendations for wireless lavs? Thanks!

what's your budget?

if you are on a very tight budget, I would suggest the audio technica AT-88W system.

if you have a wider budget the Sennheiser Evolution G2 is a very good system.

look at the countryman b6 if you need to conceal it. Although larger mics conceal well with a bit of tape.

Be prepared to replace it quickly - it is probably not going to be usable. It is a VHF system, only mildly tunable with a crappy mic. The G2 is really going to be your best bet, but you will still probably want to replace the lav that comes with it. The stock lav is mediocre at best. Even the older Sennheiser "g1" used would be a better choice for your than the AT.
