Got a last minute call to fill in for another Dp friend of mine.
Turns out it was for the "Emeril Green" show starring Emeril Lagasse.
Basic premise is that Emeril goes around the local Whole Foods store and ambushes people.
He asks them how they would cook some of their favorite dishes using more organic ingredients, and then shows them how to do just that.
This particular show will be for the week of the Super Bowl in January and includes grilling for a "tailgating" party.
Shoot was three SDX-900 cameras, which are a HELL of a lot more heavy than my HPX-500.
Emeril is a funny guy and had the whole crew in stitches many times.
10 hours of handheld was a bear, but I had fun.
