Hi everyone. I'm a long time lurker/first time poster. I've often referred to these boards for advice on filmmaking and to learn about new equipment. Last month all of that research was put to the test when I was sent to the upper northeast region of Ghana in west Africa to shoot a little documentary about a women's collective that produces and exports Shea Butter.
So here it is. I hope you enjoy it.
This was shot using a Panasonic AF-100 and GH2 camera package. I was a crew of one with limited gear and no support available to me. So please bear that in mind if you decide to rip me on any of the video's shortcomings.
If you have any questions, whether about the production of the video or about the women's collective please don't hesitate to ask.
I hope you enjoy my video and I look forward to providing more content for the site.
