Hey, Think time.
So a company in Wisconsin wants to beam an advertisement on the moon via high powered Hydrogen Gas powered Beams... I dont think this will work considering you'd have to have those [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]lasers[/FONT][/FONT] OUTSHINE the suns reflective gleam on the moons surface..
So this might bring up the questions... who owns the rights to shine an advertisment on the moon at what particular time?
who would you pay for the space and time it was up?
what if another person wanted to shine a laser at the same time you did?
what if some kid shined a giant penis on the moon?
who would stop him?
would they have any right to stop him....
