Large ring light, where to find one?

I'm looking for a very large ring light, either to buy or rent in north america. I know kino-flo makes a camera mounted one but this is not large enough. I have seen ones a few feet in diameter. Like this-

Based on the light falloff I don't think that is a large ring light in that music vid.

The large one's I've seen (I actually own one) were all custom-built by grips. Plywood donut cut with recipricating saw (about 3 to 4 feet across), ceramic bulb screw-in bases spaced around the ring, interior painted silver with showcard stapled to "flag" the light, and then finish with half-diffusion cut out and taped to the front. Brackets screwed on either side to suspend between two c-stands. With available CFL bulbs you could make one that is pretty cool-running and low power consumption.
