Laptop Processor

Issue: I am going to purchase a laptop for on the road video rendering and effects processing.

Which of the following 2 laptop processors would be faster for my needs?

Intel P4 552 w/Hyper-Threading 3.4GHZ and 1MB L2 Cache
or
Intel PM 770 2.13Ghz and 2MB L2 Cache

Is there another mobile technoligy that may suite my needs?
 
I would get the Hyperthreading processor. I have a Sager 5680 with the 3.2Ghz HT and I love it. I use the Adobe package too. I would definatly check out Sager laptops, their prices are awesome! www.pctorque.com. Plus they have a great following too. There are many tests that show the P4 beats AMD in Editing and encoding tests too.

i use an acer aspire 2020

they make a LOT of the "big name" laptops but their own laptops aren't as well known.

i have used my laptop for premiere pro and after effects professonial and its no substitute for my dual xeon at home it is pretty impressive for a laptop.
