Laptop Monitoring?

I thought I heard about some apps a while back that let you monitor your hd camera's image at full rez on a laptop via firewire. And I think they also had image correction tools, image flip for 35 adapters, and the ability to record to hard disk. I checked out Adobe's OnLocation, but that's not what I was looking for.

Anyone remember what I'm talking about? I thought the creator was a member here...

For the PC, there was DV Rack, which is now part of the Adobe CS3 suite, and for the Mac Pro, I believe the name is Scopebox.

There is also HD monitor Pro for the mac now. They just recently became a sponsor here too. It's basically the answer to DV Rack for the Mac from what I understand.

Later,
Jason
