Probably too slow; they say they need 1.5ghz.

Definitely get more RAM; 512 at least, especially if it's shared with the video card. 256mb/shared is below the minimum specs for DV Rack, you need 256mb for the program itself. 256/shared means you really only have about 192mb RAM.
