Lapel direct to Tascam

I have been using a Sennheiser ew100 g2 wireless system connected to a Tascam DR 100.

I want to bi-pass the wireless system, is it possible to connect the Sennheiser Me 4 lapel mic directly to the Tascam DR 100?

No - you plug the ME 4 into the MZA 900P and plug the MZA 900P into the mic. input of the Tascam.

No mains needed at all.

The MZA 900P takes the 48V phantom power provided by the Tascam and converts it to the 5V plug-in power required by the microphone.

You can also run a standard XLR cable between the MZA and the recorder if you wish.

All power comes from the recorder along the mic. cable.

I have been monitoring the audio on the Tascam DR100 up to now? Seem to be getting good results!
