Lack of XDCAM EX 720/60p VBR in settings

Had to re-install my FCP. When I open video settings it only shows 1080 in XDCAM EX 35Mb/s VBR, no 720 option. What is the deal- it used to have a whole list of the 720 settings. Thanks
