I just purchased a used anamorphic adapter for my DVX100A (no instructions included). I have attached it, but I may have attached it incorrectly. It seems to be attached workably, but I think it is upside down (the label is on the bottom). I have tried to take it off in the ways suggested by this forum, but it will not budge. I loosen the screw and it will spin one way until it stops at a 90 degree angle and then it'll turn about 4/5 of the way the opposite direction and will abruptly stop once more. I have tried tightening the screw and turning it, but it just seems to be scraping against the inside of ring and it still stops at the same positions. I don't want to turn it too hard, or I may break the camera. All of the answers on this forum seem to be the same, tighten the screw and unscrew the lens.
