La Blogotheque & Take Away Shows Visual Aesthetic

La Blogotheque does these great videos featuring various musical artists and I love the visual aesthetic of their videos. Would anyone know what they might be doing to get the look they do, the rich, deep saturation especially - they don't seem to use any artificial lighting to boot.

btw, i understand that there's a lot of blown-out highlights in this video, but i kind of like it in this instance. that being said, it's not so much the highlight part i'd like to replicate...
