L.A. writers group

Is anyone in one? I'm looking for a new one. If not, would anyone be seriously interested (not internet interested) in forming one? I don't have a lot of experience with groups but mostly I just want a semi-formal setting to make and share progress. And I want it to be in-person; I don't think online achieves the same goals.

Nothing near the 101, that highway is a nightmare and a half, lol.

I have to take the 101 because I live in the valley.

I thought I-5 was the valley? lol, at least Burbank is technically considered "The Valley" and I just take I-5 there.

Both the 101 and the 5 run through the San Fernando Valley. So does the 405. And part of the 118.
