Hello everyone, I wanted to share with you my small, light, portable camera crane. The first video is an overview of what it looks like and what can be done with it which is about 5 minutes in length. Watch this one first as the build video is long. If you're wondering what kind of shots I was able to get with it then check out my short, "Awake in the woods" on this post I made earlier: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?280974-Awake-in-the-Woods-My-DIY-camera-crane-jib-Short

Thanks and hope everyone likes it!

well done man. I'm kind of wishing I had access to all the imperial parts you guys in the USA have. God I hate the metric system. damn europeans!

please can you copy and paste your parts list here? A list will be helpful for me to use in changing to metric:)

The parts in the UK will be pretty high in comparision, B&Q is Homedepo for the UK and the tubing alone is costing 38 pounds, this is like $53 before couplers, nuts and bolts and other bits and bobs.

I really like your jib even if it wasn't $20. If this could be 30 or 20 foot that would be something.
