Knowing that 24pa isn't working in FCP

Hey guys,

This is just one of those checks, I am using FCP HD 4.5 and though I have heard FCP has some advanced pulldown removal issues...I don't seem to be having any, no error messages, no timecode or cadance issues, so am I safe, I have a ton of clips logged and captured under the standard advanced pulldown easy set up preset and everything seems good to go.

Hahaha, so I guess what I am asking here is what are some of the key signs the proper frames have not been pulled?
 
Step through your footage frame by frame. If the pulldown has been removed there will be no interlaced frames. If not, every fifth frame will be interlaced.
