These are good products and do not wrinkle. I'm sure you realize, but you can buy a background stand or use a boom or c-stand..blabllabj to hold it up. if you need to do this quickly a lot, go for a background stand. westcott and lastolite make them. evs sells them by westcott.

I recently purchased the photoflex and recommended it to you based on the feel of the material (substantial) after I unpacked it. It is very thick and visibly well made. Only TODAY, did I get the chance to put it up. To my disappointment, it does have wrinkles--and some pretty deep ones. I am hanging it right now and we'll see how long it takes for them to go out. I don't think they are that bad they would make the screen useless/difficult to use.
It also looks like it is best hung with a long-boom pole AND another lightstand to prop it--not the back ground stand (works but it is a little wobbly- the flexdrop is heavy duty.) it is HUGE. something to consider when traveling with it. the bag that comes with it is 35 inches in diameter. takes up a full car seat.
((edit-add))
company says the material is made from a special matte finish. even if you see some wrinkles, it will not be a problem and you will be able to pull the matte..traditional chromaying rules apply.
if you are doing just interviews, this is way, way too big.
