Just noticed that kinoflo announced new a new line of lights - the freestyle series.

I gotta say im pretty excited because they are the biggest RGB LEDs i have seen. They also released the celeb 850

4x2 panel - its the kind of size that reminds me of the now infamous softpanels(kickstarter).

Loving the new bigger sized LED panels we are getting.

I love how the tag line for the Celeb 850 is "The Sky Is Not the Limit", obviously a swipe at Arri Skypanels. Just be ready for the cost of all of these, they won't be cheap, probably in the Arri Skypanel price range of $5k and up. Kino always has made great, very useful lights, but at premium prices.

They look interesting. But at only 150w, they're not likely to be competing with the bigger Skypanels in terms of output.

I find it interesting that they reuse again the functions of the 4ft bank kino but they dont try to make led tubes. Theyre basically saying you got to buy this new light altogether, its the replacement. Are they ignoring quasar and mactech tubes? I prefer quasar tubes over this new light for the price.
