Has anyone had experience with the Kino Flo lighting system? I am unfamiliar with the kit and heard that the flourescent tubes it comes with have two sets, one for daylight and one for Tungsten. If this is the case if I'm shooting an interior next to a window with natural light would I use the daylight tubes?

Thanks in advance

If you want a natural look, yes, for artistic reasons you could eg let the window go blue...
But in general you try to avoid mixing daylight and tungsten light sources.

Flos provide great softlight with a smaller formfactor than softboxes.

Good luck for your shoot!
