Kino Flo 4ft 4bank vs Foto flo 400

Looking at purchasing a couple of these. Wondering what the differences are between the 4ft 4bank and the foto flo 400.
 
Mainly the Foto Flo's ballast can be attached to the fixture for studio work, or used remotely, with use of a header cable. The 4ft banks are only remote ballast.
