Keying problem?

When I apply the chromarkey effect to a clip it seems to disappear from the info palate. The clip is keyed but I cant fine tune it because there's no effects listed in the info palette.

As soon as I click off the clip after applying the key it disappears from the info palette.

Am I missing something really simple?

I have 3 days left on the demo and I have used it almost every day. Being a After Effects guy I was waiting for Premier to get some HVX support happening... but its just not going to happen, is it?

Shot my first 720p project the other day using a firewire hard drive to dump. Came home and plugged it in and started editing. Awesome. Don't have the fastest PC but I can do multiple layers without a hitch. I will buy the program this week and I'm really looking forward to what they come up with in the future.

Are you shooting the HVX200? If so the Edius workflow is still the best out there . I know some outthere will not agree. Hey some of you guys even drive on the wrong side of the road. I remember going to NZ about 7 years ago and did ok untill I got to the first roundabout. Then I said to my wife. What the F^&**& do we do now?:beer::beer:
 
Hey Mule, I've had my HVX about three months now. I've done two music clips in SD and one project using the broadcast demo in 720p/25 (which is why I've had so many questions).

I will miss the ability to import the project timeline into After Effects from Premier but I just cant see adobe making Premier this HVX friendly.

So I will buy edius. I love that the broadcast demo is fully functional. I have been able to experience the workflow from beginning to end.

Imagine driving on the wrong side of the road... and coming from NZ... ouch :)
