Keying in AE 7.0

[GrindedDown]

Does anyone here have any tips on keying in AE 7.0? Any hands on tutorials that you could recommend, outside of the ones at the top of the forum. Which ones are good that are recommended in the tutorial "sticky"?

Thanks in advance

P.S.- Know of any good Color Finesse Tutorials?

It will help you set up and improve you key, and with a little tweaking of Keylight, can be a boon.
