Key out green screen workflow

I have a two person interview video that i'm working on and have shot using a green screen as back ground for both individuals, that I want to key out using Keylight in AE... I have created a keylight preset in AE that works great my question is do I have to rename/save/close each clip as a seperated AEP file each time to avoid overwriting a previous keying I did in the sequence? If so how best is it to organize all of thes AEP files?

Are you using CS4 or CS5? CS5 has a great keyer that is just as good as Keylight called the Ultra Key. Have you ever tried dynamic linking between Premiere Pro and After Effects? You can send a clip or clips to one AE project and continue editing that way. If you don't want dynamic link, you can copy ur clip/clips from Premiere, open AE and paste them in a composition that matches your timeline dimensions and length from ur timeline in Premiere.
