Kessler Crane and Indislider examples

I used the 12ft Kessler Crane and the indislider for this opening scene of my film. Both performed brilliantly and I recommend them both.

Thank you so much. Really love your profile pic, I'm trying to imbibe The Shining into my film.

I used the Kpod tripod from Kessler which can also converts into a dolly (but this was static). Apparently they're working on a 16ft upgrade due out this sumer so I'm saving my pennies for that. Love the crane, adds so much production value. Also the indislider was fantastic, you just plonk it down and shoot, it was really quick in the forest you could just slap it down and go, no tripod was used. It was just bare on the ground.

Booming and pushing in is a very filmic effect, , good and suspenseful build up, love the birds in the foreground, great composition as well.

Thanks Philip, slow creeps are really fun also someone once told me that when you're scared you tend to listen more as your senses are heightened looking out for danger so to build up suspense I held off on music and played up the sound FX.
