Has anyone here had to send in their Kessler Cineslider for repair?
I had a job overseas and in a Rush ordered the cineslider with the wrong case, went on the trip without the damn hard case for the cineslider and it came back with a few dings on the rail from too much pressure being applied to the top.
The wheels now dont exactly all move at the same time and it makes more noise than before when it travels.
Sucks but i might have to send it in for repair. Spoke to kessler and they said it would run $35/hr for repair + shipping.
