Keeping your name out of film credits..

You can remove your name from any project on IMDb. Talk to your producer/director and tell them you want to be credited with a pseudonym or not credited at all. They should have no problem with that.

actually I've found it extremely difficult to remove your name from projects once you are attached at imdb.

Yes, it can be difficult. It seems we were attached to a Julie Strain softcore porn film. While I don't normally mind attachment to most hot chicks I had to bow out on that one. Ironically it wasn't my name specifically as much as some how my company name. That one was just strange as I don't really know how it happened. The other irony is our film had around a 5000 rank on IMDB which is a great B-movie ranking. After our name was taken off the Strain film, the ranking plummeted. LOL.

A piece of trivia for you:
Julie was married to Kevin Eastman at one time. Eastman is co-creator of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
