Keeping a tracked mask still in after effects??

So I know this is probably very simple but for the life of me I just can't figure it out. Here's what I'm trying to accomplish for part of a music video..
I have a still frame from a video of an artist jumping in the air. We had him perform part of the song standing in the same exact spot he jumped in hopes we could just mask out his face and put it over the photo so it looks like he's levitating. Problem I'm having is this, I masked out his face but he is moving a very little amount. So I tracked the mask of him moving, now all I need is to get a point on that mask to just get locked down so it stays in the exact same spot on his head instead of wiggling around. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Why not use the two-point Stabilize Motion feature on both of his eyes first, then mask on top of the stabilised result? Then you won't even have to keyframe your mask position.
