Keep or Trash

I just got a legal, free copy of AE 5.5- I am a Vegas 8, FCP 5.+ and fxHome user, what should I do with it? I mean what can 5.5 do? Should I give it back or trash it or something, or should I try to use it for logos or something?

Keep it, it does alot that Vegas and FCP cant do. You can get some use out of it if you know AE.

Ya man, a strong editing program is better than none. Sure it won't have your Particular, or Keylight, or any of the new fancy features, that aren't a need...But you can still do the basics, that will give you a nice, clean edit.

The interface isn't all the best, but you'll get use to it. It's only because 7, and CS3 are so nice!
