Kamerar Brightcast Foldable LED panels

[puredrifting]

You guys check these out yet? Really intriguing and cheap, they emailed me a pre-order offer for $249.00 Not many of the competition are waterproof, dust, dirt and mud proof. They offer extension cables that let you separate the light head from the frame/power source too. That could be very handy for certain rigging situations.

these look great; would be useful to get some power readings (as per one of the replies to CheesyCam)

I'm in - looks like they're sold out though. We should try to get some group buy going??

They list 1 meter lux at 1500-ish for Tungsten and less for daylight. I wish it had more power than that, but that's an amazing feature set and build for the price.

They are not sold out. They haven't been released for sale. I was interested so I wrote Cheesycam where the original review was done. Emm wrote back to say they would go on sale this weekend. Like many of the things on Kamerar they are promoted but often yet to be available. Same thing for the 80" Osmo extension cable, still waiting for that to be available.

The email I received said if you sign up to be notified here http://www.photographyandcinema.com...120033477&mc_cid=127053aa48&mc_eid=4a9c12cc66 you can get these for $249.00 "as soon as they are released" Take that for what it is worth.

+1 for a group buy for me too.
