JVC SR-VS30U and Vegas ??????

Greetings,

Does anyone have any experience with the JVC SR-VS30U ??? I’m most interested in saving my DVX heads for shooting, but if I read the specs right, I should be able to import DV into Vegas and output to VHS without needing a separate video capture card. Will this work??? Will The JVC and Vegas play nice together???

I have both. I use both. The JVC integrates perfectly into every NLE I've used.

And the cool thing is, you can use it for live TV capture, too.

Or for VHS or S-VHS capture.

I have two- at home and at the office. At home my JVC SR-VS30U integrates with my G4 and FCP 4.0. At the office, I have one and a PC with Vegas 4. Everything works GREAT. NO problems, ever.
