JVC HD7 how to shoot at night

Does anyone have a HD7? And if so how would I be able to film at night in traffic (while moving) with out having stationary lights? The HD7 is the worst i think at capturing light. is there anything that could help?

yes in a car, because i get a lot of tracers but i cant increase the shutter speed because the camera captures light bad.

LED fixtures that can run off batteries or even the car cigarette lighter. Its easy.

Are you definitely set on shooting in a real moving car? For a short film I made, I found it particularly difficult to get enough light at night inside a car (especially with a 35mm adapter), so I ended up faking it.
