Just when you thought it couldn't get worse...

That song and sequence was the only thing I didn't like about that movie. It just never felt like it fit to me.:thumbsup:

No, they can't.

Watching Leno the other night...showed a few pitches for new films. Only saw one that wasn't a complete clone or close derivative of something.

But do you really want to see a film about a down-and-out Texan who makes it big selling erotic fishing lures?
 
This is gonna' turn me against both of those guys. I never had much of a problem with Damon... never understood Aflak... but wow have you got to have some serious nuts to remake a Newman Redford flick.

That would be like remaking Gone with the Wind with Jack Black and J-Lo... for me this is definitely pissing on the church.
 
Except from people who have never seen Butch Cassidy.

Who happen into the age bracket Hollywood has determined their target audience is...for almost everything.
 
This is what I've said about remakes all along. Everyone has a different sacred cow but in the end it is just laziness on the part of the studios. What's the fastest, easiest way to cash in. "I know, let's remake "Casablanca"! We'll cast Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, they were "good" in Mr. & Mrs. Smith. It's a natural. ":thumbsup:
