Hello everyone,
from today, I am a Premiere Pro user too.
I am sooo exited.  ;D

Anyway,I have a couple of questions to ask you guys.
I bought a bundle Premiere Pro 1.5 with ADS Pyro 1394 Card from very reputable Guy Graphics ( http://www.guygraphics.com )and I just received it today.
The first thing I noticed when I open the box was that the CD, manual, registration card etc. were in a clear zip lock bag.
Very odd...
And the jewel case for the installation CD had only one seal(sticker) on one side(top) of jewel case, not on both top and bottom, so it looks like it could easily be opened from the bottom without breaking the seal.
Anyway, I noticed a couple of hair thin scratches on the CD when I opened the case.

I installed the CD and had NO problem registrating it.
But I am still a little worried. Am I over-reacting?
If I has no problem registrating, I don't need to worry about anything, right?

Another question,
Guy Graphics told me that it was a bundle full version.
Then what is the difference between the bundle program and the regular retail version? I still get all the same functions as the retail version, right?

That's how mine came.

Same with my CD.

Am I over-reacting?

Heh heh... a little paranoid? :)

If you were able to register then you are probably in good shape.

The bundled versions must be sold with hardware, for example the video card you purchased. But, the software is the same for the bundle vs. retail versions.

Here's some info from Adobe's site:

http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/antipiracy/avoid.html

Have fun with your new software and be sure to take the time to learn how to use it. Lots of hidden tricks in there.

Yes, it's really important to have a clean fast drive for your video. If you don't have a dedicated drive just for your video I would recommend getting one.

Do you mountain bike?

Yes. Great riding here in Northern California. My avatar picture is a shot of me at Nationals in Mt. Snow Vermont. I also race road and cyclocross.
