nice Terry! hey Charli, well i'm back! and man it was amazing being in the same room those icons....first Mamet's awesome script and he is great to work with on set...always for the actor..an actors director... then Pacino; the first scene of the day i was on with Pacino, Mirren, and Chiwetel Ejiofor whom i had worked with on Redbelt(so that was calming and having Mamet there directing me) well the nerves was ok, but then walking up and swearing in AP(as Phil Spector) was amazing watching him two feet away from me in character was so surreal he looked so out of it(as Spector) i wanted to ask him "are you ok?" whoa! wait a sec this is his character! then he didn't place his hand on the bible right away ....i couldn't start the swearing in until the hand was placed...so it seemed like an eternity before i adlibbed "place your left hand on the bible and raise your right hand" his eyes were all over the place(disoriented) i caught his glance with my eyes and then he placed his hands following my directions....holy sh it...i can't explain the feeling.... he upped my level of performance...and gave me a moment.. with him....or i could have blown it big time! We were rehearsing and DM came up and said thats good, but Kimko speak louder bark your orders at him. if you have to get physical, grab his hand and place it on the bible. oh man...i couldn't make myself grab AP, so the eye contact worked, a little more subtle, so after many takes and PV shots. DM came up and complimented me.....man i felt great!... watching this actor was amazing...take after take spot on and the intensity was chilling!
