I recently just purchased the indiRAILSpro XV for my panasonic HMC40. I have a letus35 mini along with a Nikon 50mm lens.

i just got the indiRAILSpro XV in the mail today and i'm trying to set it up and I'm confused behind a rational thought. I haven't the slightest clue on how i'm suppose to properly set this thing up. I thought they'd give me instructions or guidelines on how to use this but all i got in the mail were the parts wrapped up in paper. nothing else. no papers, no brochure, nothing.

can anyone help me by either helping explain how to set this up or if you know of any links of sites that give detailed instructions on how to put this all together properly that would help me a done!!

i've tried looking for sites but i can't find anything that gives directions or explains any of it

Haha, wow that's pretty awful. They never reply to my e-mails. I don't think I'll be purchasing from them. Sorry can't help you.

This isn't looking good. I purchased a shrigg rig (rails system) from them on the 4th. All I got was the paypal confirmation, nothing at all from them. Now its the 7th, and I still have no "order confirmation" email from them, or tracking number. I know its one guy who does it, but I sell stuff on ebay all the time and as soon as someone has bought something from me.. I email them to thank them and give them some details on when they might expect their item.. even if it is a bit of a wait.

I tried calling them today and was greeted by a "this user's voicemail box is full"

that can't be good.

If you still don't get any replys, call your bank and stop payment and go with a reputable vendor that has a good track record. I always look under resellerratings.com and lookup the company name for past track record information.

I have a Rail system from them, what exactly do you need help with? Odd they don't answer I had no issue speaking to them when I needed help.

I got my shrigg rig today.

I also had issues setting mine up. Call the number on the site. I called today and spoke with Tim (the owner) and he put me on the right path :)

Which one do you have? If you have the indirails dslr is there anyway you could post pictures? I've tried to contact them repeatedly but they never reply with any pictures.

I've got the IndiRailsPro XV. all i need help with is exactly how to set this thing up. i mean i knwo how to attach my camera to it and put it on the tripod, but that extra part down where it supports my letus adaptor, do i literally just lay it on there? or attach it to it somehow?

i just wish there was like an instructional video on how to properly put this all together like there was an instructional video on how to properly put together my letus, but not for the rails.

here's the link to the page with what rails i got...

i've got the support bracket thing, do i just literally rest the adaptor on it? or am i suppose to screw something between that and the adaptor so it's being held onto securely?

that's odd, i would have thought that when i bought the support rods and all that stuff they would have added that little screw into the bit as well. oh well, it seems cheap.

thanks for helping!

ok, now i also noticed that when i attach my camera to the top part of the riser where i attach my camera, they gave me a screw that screws into the bottom of my camera, but i noticed that non of the holes on the riser fit that actual size of the screw.

and then they don't give me a screw to attach the adaptor to the support rods?

is any of this sound like it's happening to other people? did everyone else not get any kind of verification paper or instructions or anything in the box when they got their rails?

has anyone here found or heard of a pictures on the internet with a camera attached to the IndiRAILSpro XV? I've searched for about an hour now and can't find one single photo of any type of camera attached to this thing.

i'm just so worried i'm not attaching this right at all and they company still won't return any emails or calls
