What took me so long! I have been going crazy trying to figure out how to know that my LCD PC monitor is showing color, contrast, brightness, gamma in some standardized calibration so I will know what changes in my video editing are needed, not needed, etc. Finally learned about Spyder calibration system, just ordered the Spyder2 Express software and optical scanner gizmo. Okay maybe not thge best pro setup, but likely a major improvement from my guessing at settings etc., a setp up. For working on my second short film. It was only $60 off amazon, seems like a small investment.
