Just me or is this entire movie out of focus?

They added a **** load of effects to make it more film like. i think they were going for the softened image, the HD must have come across way to sharp.

all I know(imho) it was a boring movie... great accomplishment, but I have no interest in that museum, thus after about 15 minutes of them walking around i started to watch it at about 6x fast forward(I think hoping something interesting would happen).

The behind the scenes doc was good. The camera op guy was cool. I don't think I could handle that much pressure.(I'm sure dvx'er Shai Levy would be all over that though).

yep, was really looking forward to it, and just couldnt make it, turned it off. the cool trasitions through time and the weird little plot they have with the ghost guy, just didn't play, to me it was just a 3 hours steadycam through a museum, booooooring ;)

I though this thread was on Brown Bunny... Russian Ark is really boring, but of course one has to come off a sensitive artist type and say it is the only film that could communicate the subleltie of russian culture exploiting real time not only as a director effect but as a historic point of view, just like the beautyful museum does.

It's boring as hell though... Kinda like Brown Bunny... Boy is that my worst post or what?
