Just got an iPad

I tried to win one, but alas, did not. So now, looking at the Nook which can be converted into an Android tablet. Have no apps to share with you, Brandon, just envy.

I use ipad dropbox app constantly.

It creates a filing system for the ipad without having to go thru iTunes and iPhoto. Great for meetings and presentations.
I can create a folder in my dropbox for the project and within it I can keep jpegs, mp3's, mp4's, storyboard PDF's and text files.

Use the favorite star in the app to keep a copy of the file on your ipad for when you don't have signal.

Other apps:
Watch out for all the games free games, they can really suck your time. A good one that doesn't take over your life is Temple Run. Nice short game that is good for subway commutes.

There's a bunch of DOF calculators on there and I downloaded them all but I never use them - faster in your head.

Snapseed is a brilliant photo editor

Skype app gets used a lot

Gmail app of course

Facebook app

btw- all apps I've listed are FREE to download and use
