Just bought Omni's - Any of these worth getting?

Hi Everyone,

First post. Just bought a couple of Lowel Omni's and the sellers offered me this list of stuff.

1. An arri junior lighting stand
2. an italian clamp with spigot
3. a lastolite arm with knuckle joint for holding hoop
4. a lastolite 32" warm silver/white
5. a low stand and base 51cm to 100cms
6. Illuminator 125cm 2 stop silk reflector/diffuser ( lastolite folding type)
7. white brolly small 75cm

No prices yet but can anyone reccomend what to look into/ what to avoid? Should I stick with getting Lowel lightstands? Will most of that stuff be compatible with those lights?

I'll confess Im a complete newbie and all my (very) basic knowledge has come through searching through this site. And this stuff's for a short film Ive got planned.

Can't really comment on the list you put together but can say that the Lowel Omni's are really great lights. As far as Lowel stands go they serve their purpose but I am not too impressed with them and would upgrade to something a little more solid if I could.

Thanks for the reply mate. Yeah, what would you recommend for omni's lightstand wise? Any experience of the arri junior lighting stand?

Are the umbrella's and clamps with spigots of much use?
