Ok, I have been using FCP for a few years now and I just had a couple questions that hopefully you guys can help me out with.
First, when dealing with a bunch of clips in the browser, is there a keyboard shortcut to automatically open the next file and have it start playing? I know I can 'tab' to the next file, then press enter, then space bar to play it but then I'm stuck in the viewer window and have to go back to the browser before I can tab down again. I know it might seem petty, but if I can improve my the speed of my workflow in anyway I'll take it.
Next question. I have a lot of fonts in my library. Is there any way to have final cut remember which font you were on instead of it starting at the top every time? For example, say I select "Pepperwood" for my font, but then whoops, I actually wanted "Pepperwood Std" so I have to scroll back through thousands of fonts just to get back to it. Very annoying to me. Something I can do in my preferences?
